To date we've supported 90 interns & 30 startups with 350 hours of full-time work to create 1 powerful summer.

For the past few years, from June to August, DivInc placed untapped talent from 50+ accredited universities into startups shaping the future, with the support of our foundation partners. Students gain skills, knowledge, and mentorship, while founders reached impactful company milestones that extend beyond the end of the summer.

Location: On-site or virtual | Part-time

The DivInc NextGen StartUp Internship Program is designed to connect emerging student talent from minority-serving institutions with innovative startup companies. This 10-week paid internship from June to August provides hands-on experience, professional development, and mentorship opportunities that prepare students for future tech and entrepreneurship careers. Participants will work on impactful projects with participating start-up companies, gaining valuable skills, expanding their networks, and making meaningful contributions.
